These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by MS Transportation – Private Drivers (“we,” “us,” “our”).
By booking a ride with us, you (“Client,” “Passenger”) agree to the following terms:
• Bookings must be made through our website, by phone, or via partner agencies.
• All reservations are subject to availability.
• The Client is responsible for providing accurate details (pickup/drop-off, date, time, passenger number, luggage, flight details).
• Prices are calculated based on vehicle type, distance, duration, and selected options.
• Fixed-price routes (e.g., airports, popular destinations) may apply where specified.
• Payment methods include Stripe (credit/debit card), bank transfer, or cash on delivery.
• Payment must be completed before the ride unless otherwise agreed.
• Free waiting time: 60 minutes at airports, 30 minutes at train stations, 15 minutes elsewhere.
• Additional waiting time may be charged according to our pricing policy.
• Flight tracking is included; no extra charge if your flight is delayed.
• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before pickup are fully refundable.
• Cancellations less than 24 hours before pickup may be charged in full.
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed using the original payment method.
• Passengers must be ready at the agreed pickup time and location.
• Seatbelts must be worn at all times.
• Smoking, illegal substances, or abusive behavior are strictly prohibited.
• Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings.
• We reserve the right to assign a suitable driver and vehicle according to booking requirements.
• Vehicle images on the website are illustrative; actual vehicles may differ but will meet or exceed the booked category.
• We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, road conditions, weather, or events beyond our control.
• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the booking.
All our vehicles are fully insured as required by French law, covering passengers during transport.
We may modify or update our services, prices, or terms at any time. Updated terms will be published on our website.
These Terms are governed by French law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Paris.
